Companies needed a way to quickly gather authentic perspectives from thousands of employees on topics like culture, change, diversity & inclusion, and strategy, while ensuring everyone feels safe to contribute.

Our Solution

We built Civinc, a comprehensive platform that revolutionizes employee engagement through AI-powered conversation sessions. The system includes cross-platform mobile applications built with Flutter for Android and iOS, enabling employees to participate in anonymous chat sessions from anywhere. We developed an admin dashboard for session management, allowing organizers to create and control sessions for companies or schools, invite thousands of participants, and monitor real-time engagement. The sophisticated AI system analyzes conversations in real-time, identifying different viewpoints, sentiment patterns, and emerging themes. It automatically generates comprehensive insights and summaries within minutes instead of months, providing actionable intelligence for better decision-making. The entire system—frontend, backend, and infrastructure—is built on Google Cloud for scalability and reliability.
