De Uitdaging

Teams are usually forced to choose between polished SaaS productivity tools and keeping control over their own data. Hosted tools store plans, documents and conversations on someone else's servers, and adding AI on top often means sending even more sensitive information to third parties. Organisations wanted a modern, focused workspace with a capable AI assistant that they could run entirely on infrastructure they own.

Onze Oplossing

We are building AppSweet, a self-hostable productivity suite that combines Todos (lists, kanban and time tracking), Docs (a rich-text editor with folders and tabs) and Sweetheart, an AI agent that acts across every app. The native desktop client is built with Tauri and React, backed by a modular Rust (Axum) server on PostgreSQL that customers deploy with a one-line installer or Docker Compose. Sweetheart works with hosted models using your own API keys or with local models running on-device, and every change it proposes is shown as a reviewable card with a server-confirmed receipt. AppSweet is in private beta: the core suite is running with early users, while Goals, social publishing and a shared file library are still in development.
