Leadership coaches and organizations were struggling to maintain the impact of workshops and training sessions. Valuable insights and follow-up actions from sessions often got buried by daily work demands, leading teams to fall back into familiar routines. Companies needed a way to enhance the ROI of their developmental initiatives and ensure that lessons learned translate into lasting behavioral change.

Onze Oplossing

We developed Digital Sidekick, a comprehensive mobile application built with Flutter for both Android and iOS. The app enables leadership coaches to create custom learning journeys for their clients, with personalized reminders and exercises to keep lessons learned alive. The platform features an innovative AI-powered 360-degree feedback system using Google's Gemini AI, where users can request feedback from colleagues through the app. The AI analyzes responses and automatically generates comprehensive PDF reports, providing actionable insights for leadership development. Additionally, we built a management admin dashboard for coaches to manage their clients, track progress, and oversee learning journeys.
