Vocational education (MBO) students often struggle with job interviews due to lack of practice opportunities. Traditional interview preparation methods are limited and don't provide the interactive, engaging experience that modern students expect. Students needed a way to practice their interviewing skills in a safe environment while also discovering relevant job opportunities tailored to their education level.

Onze Oplossing

We developed Hiretime, a comprehensive mobile application for Android and iOS that combines interview practice with job discovery. The app features Instagram-like video recording and editing capabilities, allowing students to record practice interviews, review their performance, and refine their skills. We implemented a TikTok-inspired vertical video scrolling experience that makes browsing job opportunities and interview tips engaging and intuitive. The platform enables students to directly view and apply for jobs relevant to their vocational education, creating a seamless bridge between skill development and career opportunities.
