De Uitdaging

In the Dutch housing market, good homes are often gone within days. House hunters spend hours refreshing dozens of realtor websites, and the large aggregators are either incomplete or hide listings behind paywalls. Searchers needed a calm, reliable way to hear about the right home the moment it is listed, without spam and without paying middlemen.

Onze Oplossing

We built Huisie, a Flutter app for iOS and Android with a matching Next.js website. A scalable Node.js worker with BullMQ queues runs hundreds of dedicated scrapers for local realtor websites, scheduling each source smartly based on how often it publishes and how many users follow it. Every listing is classified as new, a price change, a status change or removed, and suspicious empty runs are caught before they mislead anyone. Users save multiple search wishes with soft or strict matching, and Pip sends a push notification or email the moment a new home matches, always linking straight to the realtor. Subscriptions run through the App Store, Google Play and Stripe, and an admin dashboard keeps every source run, queue and scraper under control.
